Do you know what posts you want to share with your Circle community in advance and want to schedule them? Burb allows you to schedule posts and messages, without having to wrestle with Zapier or Make (Integromat)! We'll show you how to do this easily. First, sign up for your free Burb account and...
To prepare to integrate, you'll need your Circle community URL and your API key. You'll be able to find the API Key in your Circle account settings.
Then, head to Burb, and the Integration page and ‘Activate’ the Circle Integration.
Note: Integrations often take a few hours to pull in members and member data.
From here you can schedule a post in Circle (or even schedule direct messages to a group of members). Select 'Schedule a post in Circle', then 'Add new'.
Select a channel (or space), set the date and time, enter a post title, and your post content.
Voila! Your post will show up in the Circle space selected, at the set date and time. You'll be the author of the post, as well.
Once scheduled, you’ll see a list of scheduled post by selecting the Status option.
