A community is more than just a group of people. A community is a group of people who share common interests and values. A community is a place where people feel a sense of belonging. A community is a place where people can come together and feel safe because they share the same culture.

Creating a community culture is important for several reasons. First, culture is a way of life. It is a way of expressing yourself and your identity. Culture is also a way of bonding with others. When you share a culture with someone, you have a common ground that you can share.

There are many ways to create a culture in your community. One way is to have community events that everyone can participate in. These events can be anything from a potluck to a coffee meetup. Another way to create culture is to have virtual office hours for the group to converse. This is a place where people can come together to grow together toward their individual goals.

A great example of creating culture is from a brand called Zappos. Their culture is outlined. Zappos culture is about creating fun and a little weirdness. They have core values that everyone in the company lives by. These values are:

  1. Deliver WOW Through Service
  2. Embrace and Drive Change
  3. Create Fun and A Little Weirdness
  4. Be Adventurous, Learners, and Humble
  5. Build Open and Honest Relationships With Communication
  6. Do More With Less
  7. Be Passionate and Determined
  8. Be Humble

Zappos has created a culture that is unique and memorable. By having these core values, they have created a community of people who share the same vision. This is a great example of how you can create a culture in your community.

To facilitate culture, what core values can you create for your community?
