Triggering a message to all community members

With Burb, you can always head to the Messaging feature to schedule or immediately send a message to all community members or to a segment of members. But what if you want to automate sending a message, and have this triggered by an action?

Here's how to do that!

First, create an automation that tags all new users into your Circle or Slack community or Discord server. When you turn the automation on, you'll probably want to select the option to apply this automation to all community members that match this trigger.

Next, you'll set up your message automation. Below you'll see that I'll trigger a message to send when a community member joins a course in Teachable. If this member is already in the community, and has the 'Circle' tag applied, they'll get a message from me.
